Key Responsibilities
? Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to manage and resolve various grievances.
? Execute data entry tasks and triage grievances to coordinators as appropriate.
? Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness.
? Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.

Required Skills
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy.
? Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
? Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
? Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
? Adaptable and willing to embrace change in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or GED is required.
? At least one year of pharmacy experience under a licensed pharmacist or completion of a certified pharmacy technician program.
? Familiarity with the third-party claims process is essential.
