This is a client support role.A typical day will be managing incidents, solving service requests and expanding on your skillset.When not tending to incidents, you will work to continue to develop and build on your skills.This can mean taking on DevOps tasks for a client, studying for a Kubernetes exam or acquiring additional Azure certifications.We are looking for someone with at least two years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction.This is a standout opportunity to collaborate with an elite group of engineers, to continually build up your skillset and, in turn, build a career in the cloud industry.Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm to 3:00am ETThursday - Monday, 7:00pm to 4:00am ETMonday - Friday, 10:00pm to 7:00am ETSunday - Thursday, 2:00am to 11:00pm ETFriday - Tuesday, 11:00pm to 8pm ETWednesday - Sunday, 1:00am to 10:00pm ETMonday - Friday, 9:00pm to 6:00am ET
