Key Responsibilities

? Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce Data Cloud technology, ensuring the implementation of new features and best practices.
? Conduct in-depth analyses to ensure alignment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions with client business processes.
? Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the lifecycle of projects.
? Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering their growth in Salesforce Data Cloud and occasionally in SFMC.
? Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
