Job Description

American Express is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Apple Home Advisors, providing technical support for Apple products. This is a part-time, remote position offering a flexible schedule, allowing you to balance your work-life commitments effectively. As a Home Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with their Apple devices and services.

Requirements
? High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities
? Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Apple products via phone, chat, or email
? Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
? Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system

? Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
? Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
? Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Educational Qualifications
