- *Overview:** We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team in Farmingdale, New York. This is a temporary, hybrid role that requires one weekend day each week, starting in September and ending in January. Assist customers in telephone sales and online support through Live Chat and E-Mail? Sell extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise? Offer excellent customer support for customers who have purchased items? Review online orders to provide online fraud protection? Track and expedite orders on a daily basis? Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet? Gain knowledge of current and new products with the ability to communicate their features and benefits to customers?
