• **Feedback Collection:** Gather and report customer feedback and product/service insights to help improve our offerings and support strategies.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other support team members to share feedback, improve workflows, and ensure that customer service goals are met.
• **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated with the latest product developments and industry best practices to enhance personal performance and customer satisfaction.

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or customer service certifications are a plus.
