• Develop strategies and plans to secure profitable health system reference laboratory business
• Direct a professional sales team to achieve growth targets
• Own relationships with influential decision-makers at targeted health systems
• Collaborate with service delivery team to ensure clients receive high-level service
• Engage with sales leaders, marketing, and operations to develop market plans

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred
• Ten years of successful sales experience in healthcare with B2B transactions required
• Five years of sales management experience
• Knowledge of reference laboratory business, tests, and processes preferred
• Ability to travel across geographical region, including by air (50-75%)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience selling into the C-suite of hospitals/health systems
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, payers, and regulations
