We invite you to apply for the position of Events and Donor Relations Analyst within our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting both the Events & Meeting Services and Donor Relations teams, which are vital in honoring and acknowledging our generous donors and orchestrating exceptional events that reflect our profound gratitude for their contributions.

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver strategic, data-driven assistance to the Events & Donor Relations teams.
? Propel continuous enhancements in data collection, analysis, and reporting, while leading training sessions and exploring innovative solutions.
? Serve as a functional support consultant for event planning, acting as a liaison between donors, vendors, and various stakeholders.
? Aid in the coordination of events, developing effective strategies, and ensuring successful execution.
? Occasionally provide support for events during evenings or weekends, with adequate advance notice.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's degree in Events, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field is required.
? A minimum of three years of experience in data management, event planning, or a related discipline.
? Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and reporting software is preferred (experience with Workfront is advantageous).
? A combination of education and experience may be considered as a valid qualification.
