INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Address and resolve members inquiries ? Troubleshooting App and Devise Issues ? Document and update member records based on interactions ? Stay informed about our evolving products and services ? Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:
? Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
? Adequate space to set up the workstation
? Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
? Three power connections
? No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
? Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
? Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
? Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
? Strong attention to detail
? Positive and professional demeanor
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? High school diploma required; college education preferred
? Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices
? Previous medical experience a plus

TRAINING:
? 100% attendance required
? Live Remote Training
? Systems and Program Training
? Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training

AFTER-TRAINING SCHEDULE:
? Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift
? Full and part-time hours available after training
