? Own... Campaign Strategy & Execution: Take full ownership of our email marketing strategy for North American businesses. You?ll create, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive results and engage our audience.
? Turn Data into Action: Use analytics and performance data to inform and tweak campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI, improved open rates, click-through rates, and lead conversions.
? Lead Nurturing: Build sophisticated automated email workflows that turn leads into loyal customers. Your role will go beyond execution; you?ll be the architect of campaigns that nurture and convert.
? Innovate & A/B Test: Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing?whether it?s subject lines, content, or send times?to constantly raise the bar.
? Stay on Top of Trends: Always stay ahead by keeping up-to-date with the latest in email marketing trends, tools, and compliance regulations (especially CAN-SPAM) to ensure we?re ahead of the curve.
? Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with content creators, sales, and designers to ensure email marketing efforts align seamlessly with broader business goals.

Who You Are:
? Email Marketing Veteran: You have 2+ years of experience in creating and executing email campaigns that generate leads and deliver significant ROI, particularly for North American businesses.
? Data-Driven: Numbers don?t scare you. You know how to analyze campaign metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
? CRM & Tool Pro: Experience with platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, and advanced CRM integrations.
? Compliance Guru: You?re well-versed in CAN-SPAM regulations and email marketing best practices for US-based audiences.
? Innovative Marketer: You?re always looking for new ways to increase conversions, optimize campaigns, and stay ahead of industry trends.
? Exceptional Communicator: Whether it?s presenting data, crafting emails, or collaborating with teammates, you excel at communicating your ideas and strategies clearly.
