What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Source and evaluate potential M&A opportunities through various outreach methods
• Conduct detailed market research to identify potential M&A targets and industry trends
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders to enhance deal flow
• Support transaction execution by conducting preliminary due diligence on opportunities
• Maintain organized deal tracking and reporting through a centralized database

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Growth Equity, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Development, Sales, or related fields
• Proven track record in deal sourcing, including cold-calling and outreach methods
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
