Job Description

Responsibilities
? Welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats.
? Assist passengers in storing their luggage in the overhead compartments.
? Conduct safety checks before the flight and ensure all passengers are briefed on safety procedures.
? Serve meals and refreshments to passengers during the flight.
? Provide first aid and medical care if necessary.
? Handle passenger queries and complaints effectively.
? Maintain a tidy and organized cabin environment.
? Ensure compliance with all airline regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Previous experience as a flight attendant or in customer service is preferred.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
? Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
? Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
? Must meet physical requirements (e.g., reach height of 212 cm, lift heavy objects).
