Director of Customer Success - Fully Remote Opportunity

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and visionary leader to take charge of our Customer Success department, ensuring its strategic direction and fostering both customer and team member growth. As the Director of Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the customer journey in collaboration with our Implementation, Sales, and Product teams. You will lead initiatives and campaigns focused on uncovering new opportunities that are all about putting people first.

Leading a close-knit team of six, you'll report directly to the Vice President of Customer Operations. This full-time, salaried position is ideally suited for candidates who prefer to work remotely, especially those in the CST or EST time zones. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $135,000, depending on your experience.

Required

What You'll Need:

A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a Customer Success team, ideally in a SaaS environment.

A track record of driving customer success and revenue growth.

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot.

An analytical approach to work, focusing on metrics and data to guide decisions.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
