Typical Day in the Role
? Purpose of the Team - Within the Client team, there's a startup team and platform team which are called the Founders Hub. So platform is called the Founders Hub where basically anyone wanting any startup or founder can go to their externally facing website and apply to be a part of Founders hub. Through the platform they give them access to free technologies like free Azure credits, Free Licenses 2 and 365 Dynamics, GitHub, LinkedIn and a lot of third-party benefits. They also offer technical advisory services experts, network one on one, and access to advisors.
? Key projects - There's a lot of scaling involved and focusing more on program health and minimization of fraud
? Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - 20% teams/calls/emails, 60% analyst, 20% organizing weekly updates on rhythm business
Candidate Requirements
? Years of Experience Required - 1-3YRS
? Degrees or certifications required - BA Preferred (not required- looking for more PM exp)
? Disqualifiers - Not being able to collaborate and no experience with using teams
? Best vs. Average - Having a positive attitude/ work contribute / Analyst skills/ Program Management
? Performance Indicators - quality of work and meeting metrics

Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities: Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
2-4 years experience required
