Responsibilities:

? Review and audit existing files and folders in our marketing drive

? Organize files into appropriate folders based on category (e.g., images, videos, campaign docs)

? Create a logical folder structure and establish clear naming conventions

? Remove or archive outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary files (with approval)

? Document the new folder structure and provide clear usage guidelines for the team

? Ensure files are properly tagged or categorized for easier searchability (where applicable)
