As a Guest Relations Host/Hostess at Disney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests visiting our parks. You will greet guests, answer questions, provide information on park attractions, and assist with any concerns or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

6. Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional manner

Educational Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
