Life Underwriter (100% Remote)

100% Remote - Cannot reside in California, New York, Colorado

Job Description:
? Complete given cases/assignments
? Order an exam and identify the total risk
? Experience looking at prescription history and reviewing medical records
? Screen medication data for life insurance applications
? Analyze high risk medications
? Assessment of adverse health information relating to classification of risk
? Screen life insurance applications for selection of standard and substandard risks
? Evaluate health information received with add-ons and reinstatements
? MIB code reporting and interpretation of MIB code data
? All duties require identification of medical terminology

Additional Skills & Qualifications: ? Must have 5+ years of Life Underwriter experience ? Experience in iPipeline's Resonant Underwriting workbench ? Medical Terminology ? Knowledge and identification of off-label medication uses/reviewing medical records ? Experience working case limit of $100,000 or more ? Experience... working signing authorities over $100k ? Experience with following programs: Swiss Re, RGA, underwriting Manuals, Score, underwrite.me, John Hancock)
