? 5+ years of experience in .NET applications support, development, and deployment
? 5+ years in application migration and modernization
? Experience with application architecture, middleware, and data
? Proficient in BI, database principles, SQL, and hardware/software systems
? Strong technical acumen; deep knowledge of Agile Methods and Cloud Integration
? Excellent ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities
? Drive application modernization efforts and tailor solutions for customers
? Conduct thorough needs assessments for new applications or upgrades
? Provide expert guidance on application development and deployment best practices
? Collaborate with application architects and development staff
