As a Travel Specialist, your focus is to help clients plan their perfect vacations by offering expert recommendations and securing the best deals. You will guide clients through the booking process and ensure all their travel arrangements are in order.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations and Sales Support:

? Offer recommendations and upsell travel packages, accommodations, and services that match client goals.
? Assist in the booking process for flights, hotels, and other travel products.

Trip Planning and Customization:

? Coordinate with vendors to manage bookings, special requests, and adjustments.

Payment and Documentation Management:

? Issue tickets and vouchers in line with company protocols.
