Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Customer Service Representative. What you will do:
? Ensure all inbound inquiries are answered promptly, professionally, and according to script.
? Answering incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department, or taking messages.
? Schedule customer appointments for the service drive.
? Assisting customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and warranties.
? Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
? Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and service to better assist customers.
? Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:
? Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Friendly and approachable personality.
? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
? Proficiency in using basic office software.
? Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
? Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
