As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their questions are answered and issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers. ? Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer?s complaint and determining the cause of the problem. ? Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. ? Manage and update customer accounts. ? Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. ? Escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers when necessary.

Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
? Proven customer service experience or experience as a client service representative.
? Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
