Your Role:

As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will be instrumental in providing personalized instruction, support, and guidance to students with diverse learning needs. Leveraging our cutting-edge platform, you will engage students through interactive lessons, individualized interventions, and creative teaching strategies tailored to their unique strengths and challenges.

Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs. ? Deliver virtual instruction in accordance with state standards and curriculum requirements. ? Assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and provide ongoing feedback to promote growth and achievement. ? Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to foster a supportive learning environment and facilitate student success. ? Utilize technology tools and resources to enhance learning experiences and accessibility for all students.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or related field (Master?s degree preferred). ? Valid teaching certification in Special Education (New Mexico certification preferred). ? Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting. ? Proficiency in virtual instruction platforms and technology tools. ? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. ? Passion for supporting the diverse needs of students and advocating for inclusive education practices.
