ABM Industries is seeking a resourceful and energetic Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team remotely. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your negotiation and analytical skills will be essential in addressing our clients? needs. ? *Key Responsibilities:**
- 1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Utilize various communication channels (email, phone, chat) to ensure clear and effective client interactions.
- 2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Analyze client issues to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- 3. **Client Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Proactively reach out to clients to share updates, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- 4. **Documentation & Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Generate reports on client inquiries and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- 5. **Negotiation & Advocacy:**
- Negotiate solutions that align with client needs while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Advocate for client interests within the organization, ensuring their voices are heard during service or product enhancements.
- 6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry best practices to provide informed support to clients. ? *Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor?s degree in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret client data and feedback effectively.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
- Energetic: Demonstrated enthusiasm and willingness to engage with clients at all levels.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients while balancing company objectives.
