Key Responsibilities
? Spearhead development initiatives on the Loan IQ platform for critical strategic projects and user-requested enhancements.
? Collaborate with business stakeholders, facilitate user demonstrations, and refine the development lifecycle.
? Design and implement efficient, reusable, and testable modules and components.
? Utilize an in-depth understanding of platforms, databases, APIs, caching layers, proxies, and other associated web services.
? Apply your hands-on development and DevOps expertise to create impactful client/server, multi-tier, and web-based applications.

Required Skills
? In-depth knowledge of Finastra Loan IQ, including experience in product implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
? Proven ability in managing migration project models and execution frameworks.
? Strong proficiency in Loan IQ's data model and components.
? Advanced skills in SQL and PL/SQL for effective data extraction.
? Expertise in Core Java, REST services, Spring Boot, and familiarity with proprietary frameworks.
? Leadership experience in managing development or migration teams, comprising five or more members.
? Understanding of Agile development practices.
? Basic knowledge of accounting principles, accruals, and payments.
? Experience with Loan IQ scripted APIs, the Loan IQ Batch framework, and remote operations.
? Familiarity with operating systems such as RHEL and Windows.
? Skills in configuring and setting up Event Manager.
? Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ, or similar technologies.

Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
? A Master?s degree or MBA is considered an asset.
