What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Build, design, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and other business intelligence applications
? Process and interpret data requests to create accurate reports for decision-making
? Collaborate with users and management to establish requirements for new reports or modifications
? Audit critical reports and ensure results are accurate through testing and validation
? Provide ongoing training to Power BI users and resolve report-related issues

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
? 3 to 5 years of experience with Data and Analytics required
? 3 to 5 years of experience with SQL and Power BI preferred
? Ability to build SSRS reports and write SQL queries
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? SQL database or Power BI certification preferred
? Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform or other automation tools
? Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
? Strong communication and customer service skills
