We're seeking a Freelance Software Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our growing customer base. You?ll be available to assist customers during UK business hours, even though the role will initially only require 10-20 hours per month. As we expand in the UK and Europe, these hours will increase, so flexibility and commitment are key!

Key Responsibilities:
• Be on-call during UK business hours (8am ? 5pm GMT/BST, Monday ? Friday) to monitor, manage, and resolve support requests via email, phone, and live chat.
• Provide a positive, customer-focused experience with an approachable and professional phone manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer... satisfaction.
• Learn our products and processes swiftly to provide knowledgeable support.

What We're Looking For:
• Someone based in the UK and available during UK business hours is essential, even for limited requests. Initially, the role will require 10-20 hours per month, with potential to grow.
• A tech-savvy individual who is quick to learn new products and systems.
• Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple communication channels (email, phone, live chat) efficiently.

Nice-to-Haves:
• Experience providing support for a SaaS product.
• Familiarity with internal communications tools and platforms.
• Creative and copywriting skills to provide clear and concise responses.
