Responsibilities
? Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner.
? Provide accurate information about products and services offered.
? Assist customers in resolving issues and troubleshooting problems.
? Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with customers.
? Document customer interactions for future reference and follow-up.
? Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.
? Monitor chat traffic and manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Requirements
? High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
? Proven experience in customer service or support role, preferably in live chat.
? Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
? Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively.
? Familiarity with chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Must be a team player and exhibit a positive attitude.
? Compensation : $20.88 - $31.92 Hourly
