Key Responsibilities
? Compile, verify, and organize information in preparation for data entry
? Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing
? Uphold data integrity by adhering to established best practices and procedures
? Accurately input medical billing data into our systems
? Conduct research to gather any missing information as required
? Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels
? Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates
? Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures
? Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary
? Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards

Required Skills
? Proficient in using a PC and various information systems/applications
? Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor
? Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
? Exceptional organizational skills
? Willingness to work onsite for initial onboarding and training period of up to four weeks

Qualifications
? High School Diploma or equivalent
