Key Responsibilities
? Efficiently process customer credit applications in a rapid, high-volume environment.
? Maintain precise and comprehensive records of customer credit information.
? Address client inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
? Utilize software tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook for data entry and client communication.
? Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.
? Cultivate strong knowledge of 340B account management to meet client needs.
? Communicate effectively with clients and vendors, regardless of technical expertise.
? Stay informed about updates to the 340B program, including regulations and guidelines.
? Assist with inbound customer service calls as part of daily tasks.
? Collaborate closely with 340B Account Managers to ensure seamless client management.

Required Skills
? Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
? Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry, including numeric and computer-based tasks.
? Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining accuracy under pressure.
? Previous experience in handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
? Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
? Capacity to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
? Readiness to quickly learn new software and adapt to emerging systems.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industries.
? High school diploma or equivalent is required.
