What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle inbound calls to respond to consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and updates on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
• Meet performance goals related to efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and attendance
• Own and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with the same employer
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented mindset
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
• Familiarity with healthcare pre-authorization processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 10 am and 11 pm
