We are seeking a reliable and confident Customer Success Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with Ro at every touchpoint. This part-time role requires a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about helping others, managing inquiries, and finding solutions to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

#### Responsibilities
• **Customer Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• **Relationship Management:** Build long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote retention. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess satisfaction and usage.
• **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking and research skills to diagnose issues and offer personalized solutions to customers, enhancing their overall experience with our products and services.
• **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using our CRM tools. Generate reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.
• **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members and departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Operations) to relay customer feedback and assist in developing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.
• **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on Ro?s product offerings and services, gaining a strong understanding of how they can benefit our customers. Conduct training sessions for customers when necessary.
• **Feedback Loop:** Actively solicit customer feedback and share insights with the team to inform product enhancements and service improvements.
• **Sustainability Advocacy:** Promote our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in interactions with customers.

#### Requirements
• **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology.
• **Education:** Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• **Personality Traits:**
• **Reliable:** Consistently meets deadlines and commitments. Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote work environment.
• **Confident:** Comfortable engaging with diverse customers, offering solutions, and presenting information as needed.

• **Soft Skills:**
• **Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and devise appropriate solutions.
• **Research Skills:** Ability to conduct thorough research to find information quickly and accurately regarding customer inquiries or issues.

• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with remote work tools and communication platforms.
