Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:
? 2+ years of Data Science work experience
? Degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) - Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, etc.
? Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning
? Experience with algorithmic fairness is a plus
? Familiarity with recommender systems preferred
? Proficiency with novel NLP techniques (embedding models)
? Must program in a scripting language such as Python. Familiarity with machine learning Python libraries like numpy, scikit, and pandas is required.
? Able to collaborate with the HireVue Industrial-Organizational Psychology team to perform novel research to remain pioneers in hiring technology
? Able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses
? Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings.
