Increasing and maintaining high customer satisfaction key in this role. Job Responsibilities
? Perform inbound and outbound calls
? Educate and build rapport with customers
? Consult with customers to answer customer inquiries
? Help setup customer accounts and verify banking and employment information
? Process customer payments and request payments
? Excellent service while achieving quality results

Required Knowledge, Skills And/or Abilities
? High School Diploma or GED
? Fluent in English
? Good communication skills
? Cheerful attitude
? Ability to learn new skills
? Generally computer savvy
? Self-motivated to improve skills and add value
? Good attendance and punctuality
? Basic mathematical skills

Schedule and Hours
? Flexible work schedules.
? Call Center Hours: Monday Friday from 7:00 am 6:00 pm and rotating every other Saturday 8:00 am 2:00 pm.
