Customers who need help can approach a Target employee who will show them how to use the app, which can ease the shopping experience ? Be well-versed in all fulfillment services, and be able to advise the client on how to join, initiate, and make the most of them ? Ensure that you carry out all return transactions and comply with the directives provided by the register without delay. Take charge of the situation and make every effort to resolve the customer's concern while following Target's rules and regulations ? Ensure a positive guest shopping experience by de-escalating any negative situations and following Target?s established policies and procedures ? Deliver a seamless and effortless service to guests availing Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry options ? Designate a specific area for items such as folders, books, and handouts to keep them from piling up and overcrowding your workspace ? While keeping the store?s shelves well supplied, it is important to remain available to assist customers during regular business hours ? Instilling a culture that values ethics, safety, and compliance is the responsibility of the leadership team, and it sets the tone for how things get done within the organization ? Always prioritize your safety and that of others by following all safety protocols and guidelines; take note of any possible dangers and make necessary corrections ?
