Our Cabin Crew are ambassadors of the Southwest spirit. The role involves direct interaction with our customers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and satisfaction during flights. Crew members are expected to demonstrate professionalism and enthusiasm while performing duties in both the cabin and the galley.

### **Key Responsibilities**

– Greet passengers, assist with seating arrangements, and provide boarding assistance.

– Perform pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety procedures.

– Offer beverages and snacks to passengers; manage onboard sales of merchandise.

– Ensure the cabin environment is kept clean and tidy throughout the flight.

– Minimum age of 18.

– Authorization to work in the U.S.

– Pass a background check and drug screening.

– Physical ability to perform all job duties, including lifting luggage up to 50 lbs and operating emergency exits and equipment.
