Client Service Representative - Entry Level

We're currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams, supporting donor relations, managing databases, and delivering exceptional customer... service.

As a Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fundraising efforts run smoothly by processing donations, managing our donor database, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing donors. If you?re passionate about fundraising and want to contribute to meaningful causes, this position offers an excellent opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the primary contact for all internal and external fundraising inquiries. ? Deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring timely acknowledgment and appreciation for all donors. ? Collaborate with management and the communications team to prepare and distribute engaging donor communications. ? Assist with fundraising and promotional events, providing support in planning, logistics, and on-the-day execution. ? Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accuracy and providing internal training as needed. ? Support the fundraising team with data input, report generation, and data queries to meet deadlines. ? Stay up-to-date on the latest fundraising initiatives and industry trends. ? Take initiative by incorporating new ideas to enhance our fundraising and outreach efforts.

Requirements: ? A passion for fundraising and commitment to supporting charitable causes (experience is a plus but not required). ? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. ? Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude. ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
