Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
? Implement advanced negotiation and relationship-building tactics to directly engage with consumers, optimizing sales outcomes.
? Serve as the primary point of contact, representing Verizon?s brand and image in the local area
? Provide customers with comprehensive information about our clients' products and services, offering effective solutions for both current and anticipated service-related challenges.
? Work in partnership with other Ambassadors to drive sales success
? Attend daily marketing and sales strategy meetings for our partners alongside fellow team members to assist in raising brand awareness throughout a given territory

Required experience and qualities for a Customer Service Representative:
? High school diploma or equivalent
? No prior experience is required; however some experience in a customer facing role is preferred
? Self-starting attitude and work ethic is sought after over natural aptitude
? Confidence in your communication skills
? Team player
? Adaptable

Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
