We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities...

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a - -professional and timely manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Entering orders and managing customer accounts in our database
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Managing social media accounts and responding to customer comments and messages.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google related services and Slack
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Experience with social media management is a plus
