We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Media Specialist to join our dynamic engagement strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising. You will work closely with our Engagement Strategy team and internal stakeholders to execute tactics.

What You?ll Do:
? Campaign Execution:
? Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising
? Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, asset tagging and tracking
? Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns, making adjustments as needed to improve ROI
? Develop and optimize content calendars and ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives and regulatory requirements
? Media Buying and Vendor Management:
? Negotiate and purchase media placements across various digital channels, such as display, video, and social media
? Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies
? Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues that may arise
? Social Media Management:
? Monitor social media channels and alert team to comments and messages in a timely manner
? Identify and leverage social media trends and opportunities
? Track and analyze key metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates

Requirements: ? 3+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing Social Media ? 3+years of implementing social media plans/campaigns ? Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) ? Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) ? Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) ? Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS ? Experience with Smartsheets ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
