- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns in a satisfactory manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
- Collect and perform data entry of required patient demographic and insurance information
- Utilize professional communication skills to assist patients with their scheduling needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with other projects as assigned by management
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
- Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
- Familiarity with scheduling software systems
- Ability to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
