    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns in a satisfactory manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
  • Collect and perform data entry of required patient demographic and insurance information
  • Utilize professional communication skills to assist patients with their scheduling needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and assist with other projects as assigned by management
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
  • Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
  • Must be available for scheduled work shifts
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a healthcare-related customer service role
  • Familiarity with scheduling software systems
  • Ability to de-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
