Job Description

As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their orders, inquiries, and issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service through various communication channels such as phone, chat, and email. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive experience with Amazon.
