What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
? Input patient data into the e-Intake system and ensure thorough verification for products and services
? Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and provide basic technical customer service assistance
? Educate patients and location employees on CPAP supplies and equipment maintenance
? Process related patient paperwork and ensure timely fulfillment of product orders

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or GED equivalent
? One to three years of related work experience in a team-oriented environment
? Strong customer service background
? Basic computer and internet skills
? Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
? Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
? Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
? Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
? Knowledge of medical terminology
