What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Respond to customer inquiries through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS
? Resolve customer concerns and deliver exceptional service across diverse clientele
? Utilize CRM tools such as Zendesk to manage customer interactions effectively
? Follow client policies and guidelines while maintaining objectivity in communications
? Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support
? Excellent writing and communication skills
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
? Ability to multitask in multiple browsers and handle customer communications
? Must have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience using Zendesk or other CRM tools
? Familiarity with customer service best practices in various industries
? Previous experience working in a fully remote environment
? Ability to show empathy and maintain a positive attitude in customer interactions
? Experience in a customer support role within the tech, e-commerce, gaming, or entertainment sectors
