What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Develop and teach online courses in health professions education while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility
? Support faculty and students in doctoral research project planning and data analysis
? Advise fellow faculty in data analysis techniques and methodologies
? Conduct professional scholarship and service activities to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
? Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure equitable course delivery practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Doctoral degree and/or PhD with at least 18 credit hours in higher education curriculum and instruction
? Minimum of 2 years of online teaching experience in higher education
? At least 2 years of experience in online course development focused on inclusivity
? Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis, including SPSS
? Demonstrated commitment to teaching diverse student populations, including those from underrepresented groups

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Clinical background and experience in teaching health professions education and research methods
? Coursework or professional development in DEI-related topics
? Experience conducting primary research on health disparities or social determinants of health
? History of professional presentations and peer-reviewed publications related to health professions education
