' Analyze A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product changes and optimize performance.

' Provide recommendations on product enhancements based on data-driven insights and monitor the ROI of product initiatives.

' Collaborate with the engineering team to improve data infrastructure and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

' Lead the automation of recurring reports and deep-dive analyses to provide ongoing visibility into product metrics.

Qualifications:

' Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

' 5+ years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on software products or technology.

' Proficiency with Amplitude and other product analytics tools.

' Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for querying and manipulating large datasets.

' Strong experience with Tableau and/or Looker for building and maintaining high-quality data visualizations and dashboards.

' Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations.

' Experience automating data collection, reporting, and dashboard generation.

' Experience with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis to measure product performance.

' Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

' Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:

' Someone who is looking to move into a lead role and shape the data analytics function from the ground up.

' Comfortable working in a new position with minimal legacy processes, and able to establish best practices.

' Able to partner effectively with product management and engineering teams to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decision-making.

' Familiar with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker and able to use them to create insightful visualizations.

' Experience with product analytics tools, preferably Amplitude, but familiarity with similar tools like Pendo is also valuable.

' Strong grounding in data analysis and automation, with the ability to use Python or R for advanced data processing.
