Key Responsibilities:

Insurance Sales:
? Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
? Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the company?s insurance products and services
? Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through effective lead generation strategies
? Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
? Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate client records

Agency Recruitment:
? Source, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates to join the insurance agency
? Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires, fostering trust and enthusiasm about agency opportunities
? Guide recruits through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the team
? Collaborate with agency leadership to identify and address staffing needs and growth opportunities

Leadership and Team Building:
? Lead and mentor a team of sales agents and recruiters to achieve individual and collective goals
? Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team
? Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members? technical skills and product knowledge
? Act as a go-to resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed

Technical and Multitasking Proficiency:
? Navigate multiple applications and tools to manage client data, recruitment activities, and sales processes efficiently
? Use CRM, ATS, and insurance-specific platforms to track progress and ensure seamless operations
? Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve workflows and customer experiences
? Prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Skills:
? Proven experience in insurance sales, agency recruitment, or a similar field (1+ years preferred)
? Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing remote teams a plus
? Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
? Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools, and work efficiently in a tech-driven environment
? Attention to detail and ability to multitask without compromising quality
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
