Key Responsibilities
? Deliver exceptional consumer support by managing incoming webchat and phone inquiries, adhering to established guidelines.
? Provide timely educational resources and answers to consumer questions, utilizing approved FAQs.
? Identify and escalate priority issues to your manager or designated Nurse Navigator for resolution.
? Maintain a high standard of professional communication and etiquette during all interactions.
? Document all relevant information accurately within our systems.
? Complete all required training and comply with protocols to ensure safety and quality of service.

Required Skills
? Valid LPN licensure.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent listening capabilities.
? Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
? Exceptional follow-up skills and meticulous attention to detail.
? Proficiency in typing at a minimum speed of 35 words per minute.
? Familiarity with the Google Drive platform is advantageous.
? Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
? A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role, preferably within the life sciences, healthcare, or patient support fields.
? Availability to work evenings until 8:00 PM EST.

Compensation And Benefits
