Sr Manager Roundel Go-To-Market Strategy
About the position
The Sr Manager, Roundel Go-To-Market Strategy plays a crucial role in coordinating and executing go-to-market activities for Roundel, Target's media business. Responsibilities
? Coordinate and execute go-to-market activities across Roundel.

? Identify opportunities to advance strategic positioning and deliver on growth objectives.

? Partner with diverse stakeholders to implement strategies ensuring cross-functional alignment.

? Drive key aspects of go-to-market strategy and operations for Roundel's Owned & Operated product portfolio.

? Develop sales-facing collateral and resources to support commercialization activities.

? Identify and develop new strategies and partnerships to enhance value proposition and strategic positioning.

? Conduct analyses using internal and external data sources to inform go-to-market strategies.

? Lead competitive analysis and support voice-of-customer activities to synthesize insights for stakeholders.

? Collaborate on pricing strategy and operations processes for Roundel's product portfolio.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

? 6+ years of experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, Digital Media Sales/Account Management, Merchandising, Management Consulting, or equivalent.

? Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

? Familiarity with Digital Publisher Media Products and Solutions, specifically search tactics and strategies.

? Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
