Remote Customer Support Specialist at PUMP

Monroe Christian School in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one remote customer support specialist to join our team. We are located on 3847 N 66th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
? Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
? Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
? Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and timely.
? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
? Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
? Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.

Qualifications
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
? Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high volumes of inquiries.
? Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
? Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience in a remote work environment. ? Familiarity with the company?s industry or products. ? Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $17.69 - $23.00/hour.
