Job Overview:
A rapidly growing, boutique staffing firm is seeking intrinsically motivated performers to join our team. We are a primary vendor to some of the world's largest and most interesting companies and work exclusively, directly with hiring managers and key decision-makers. This is a Full Desk Recruiter position where you will help identify and secure new clients, identify, screen, and place matching candidates to specific roles using various tools and methods for business development and recruiting. Responsibilities: ? Identify new industry-specific clients and build relationships with the executives which will result in new business. ? Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our clients. ? Assist with interview preparations, all communications, and extending offers to qualified applicants. ? Work with hiring managers to ensure their staffing needs are met. ? Assist with any other projects or functions within a fast-paced work environment. ? Develop trusted relationships with candidates and clients. Requirements for Success: ? Ability to source passive candidates through networking. ? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ? Being able to multitask while staying focused. ? In-depth understanding of technical requisitions. ?
